What is Source While You Sleep?
Source While You Sleep is a new feature in HMO Checker that will allow you to find and assess HMO opportunities automatically. Based on your criteria, it will continuously scan Rightmove listings for your selected area and check them for HMO suitability using HMO Checker’s planning and density tools.
You’ll then be presented with a curated list of potential HMOs with a full assessment delivered straight to your inbox or HMO Checker dashboard.
How does Source While You Sleep work?
The Source While You Sleep tool is built directly into HMO Checker. Once you are inside HMO Checker, you simply need to set your search filters, such as postcode, price range and property type – similarly to how you would do so on Rightmove.
Once you’ve set up your search, the tool will scan matching listings around the clock and run each one through our report, including planning permission requirements, density checks and more. You’ll receive an updated list each morning ready for you to review.
